Our Directors

Ariana - Director

Ariana is the Director at Little Caterpillars, where she’s been sharing her love for early childhood education for the past 2 years—though she’s been in childcare for 12 years total! She lives in Eatonton with her three kids, a lovable dog named Daisy, a curious snake named Buddy, and a lively tank of 10 fish. Ariana’s favorite part of her role is building meaningful relationships with each family. When she's not at school, she enjoys arts and crafts and spending quality time with her family. She’s a fan of Christian music, loves a good plate of sushi, and always brings a warm, welcoming energy to the Little Caterpillars team

Jessie - Assistant Director

Jessie is part of the amazing team at Little Caterpillars Development Center, where she’s been making a difference for the past year. With five years of experience in childcare, Jessie loves watching children grow into confident, joyful little humans—and she treasures the chance to meet people from all walks of life. She lives in Ivey, Georgia with her two adorable kids, Weston (2) and Evelyn (8 months). When she’s not at school, Jessie enjoys crocheting and getting lost in a good book. She’s a fan of all kinds of music, a sucker for a sweet romance movie, and never says no to a good seafood meal!
